基于89C51单片机,采用分布式控制系统,实现了液化气梭式窑温度自动控制的总体方案,阐述了液化气梭式窑的温度自动控制原理和流程,分析了89C51自动控制实现的效果。结果表明:在低温阶段,实时曲线与计划曲线吻合较好,偏离幅度很小,正负偏离交替进行;在高温阶段,实时曲线基本上围绕计划曲线走,但偏离幅度较大;在后期阶段,实时曲线仍然围绕计划曲线走,偏离幅度较小。
Auto temperature control system on LPG shuttle kiln Based on SCM 89C51 is mainly presented.The distributed control system is utilized to realize the overall scheme of auto temperature control system on LPG shuttle kiln.The principle and process of auto temperature control system on LPG shuttle kiln is elaborated and the effect realized of 89C51 automatic control is also analyzed.The results show: real-time curve is consistent with plan curve in the low temperature stage,their deviation is very small,and positive deviation take place with negative deviation by turn;real-time curve basically revolves around plan curve in high temperature stage,but their deviation is relatively large;real-time curve also revolves around plan curve in later stage,but their deviation is relatively small.
