重新研究南海海洋真菌Penicillium sp.386的次级代谢产物,运用硅胶柱层析、制备薄层层析和重结晶等方法,从中分离鉴定了9个单体化合物,包括3个神经酰胺类化合物（1,2,3）,3个环二肽类化合物（4,5,6）,2个甾醇类（7,8）和1个结构新颖的生物碱化合物（9）。其中化合物1的结构是通过乙酰化,水解等化学方法以及NMR、GC-MS等技术得以确定。化合物9的结构主要通过波谱方法得以确定的,尤其是2D NMR,最后有单晶X射线测定得以证实。
英文摘要：
The secondary metabolites of the marine fungus Penicillium sp.from the South China Sea was investigated using silica get column chromatography,preparative thin-layer chromatography and recrystallization,resulting in isolation of nine pure compounds,including three ceramides（1,2,3）,three cyclodipeptides（4,5,6）,two sterols（7,8） and one structurally unique alkaloid（9）.The structure of 1 was characterized by acetylation,hydrolysis reaction,NMR and GC-MS and the structure of 9 was analyzed by comprehensive spectroscopic methods,2D NMR,and X-ray analysis.
