采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取红树林内生真菌#3895菌体的低极性成分,得油率为2.5%.首次采用GCMS联用技术对海洋真菌的菌体低极性的化学成分进行分离鉴定,共分离出35个峰,鉴定了其中的28种化合物,占峰面积的94.15%。用峰面积归一化法测定了各个组分的相对百分含量,其主要成分为:酮类(38.15%)、酰胺类(13.27%)、醇类(8.73%)和醛类(6.94%)。
The low polar components of mangrove endophytic fungus # 3895 thallus was extracted by water-steaming method. The extraction rate was 2.5 %. The chemical components were first analyze, by means of GC-MS. Twenty-eight components, 94.15 %of total content, had been iden- tified from thirty-five separated peaks. The main components were: ketones (38.15%), amides ( 13.27 % ), alcohols(8.73 % ), aldehydes(6.94 % ).
