本文以芦丁和稀土钐为原料,在乙醇溶液中合成稀土芦丁配合物,并通过红外光谱法和紫外光谱法表征确定配合物的形成.通过荧光分光光度法和紫外分光光度法分别测定芦丁和配合物在羟基自由基(·OH)、超氧自由基(O2-)以及DPPH·自由基存在时的抑制率,分析配合物的自由基清除活性.结果表明,芦丁-稀土钐配合物清除自由基的能力强于芦丁.通过药敏纸片法,以大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌研究了配合物的抑菌活性,发现芦丁及芦丁-钐配合物均能抑制大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的生长,芦丁稀土钐配合物对两种菌的最低抑菌浓度可达2.6×10-3 mg/mL,随着浓度的增加,抑菌效果更加显著.
In this study,rutin and rare earth samarium were used as materials to synthesize the Rutin-samarium (RutinSm) complex in ethanol solution.The complex was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and ultraviolet spectroscopy.The free radical scavenging activity of the Rutin-Sm complex was determined using hydroxyl radical (· OH),superoxide radical (O2-) and DPPH · radicals by fluorescence spectrophotometry and UV spectrophotometry.The experimental results indicated that the ability of scavenging radical of the Rutin-Sm complex was better than rutin.The antibacterial activity of the complex was investigated by susceptibility disk diffusion method,E.coli and Staphylococcus aureus bacteria were used as the testing bacteria.The result indicated that both rutin and Rutin-Sm complex can inhibit the growth of the tested bacteria,the minimum inhibitory concentrations of Rutin-Sm complex on these two bacteria was 2.6 × 10-3 mg/mL.
