针对快速傅立叶方法在计算离轴非穗腔中存在的困难,在Sziklas和Siegman的波函数坐标变换理论的基础上稍作调整,计算了离轴混合腔的腔内光场分布、近场输出光强分布和远场光强分布,并与实验测得的光强分布曲线做了比较,得到了较为理想的理论模拟结果。同时,理论模拟结果也表明了利用离轴非稳腔能够得到高光束质量的激光输出。
In simulation of off-axis unstable resonator, the usual FFT method is difficult to use. The intensity distribution is simulated by adjusted algorithm, based on the Sziklas' and Siegman' s coordinate transformation FFT algorithm. The intracavity intensity distribution, output intensity distribution and far-field intensity distribution are showed. By comparison with experiment intensity distribution curves, the simulation results are satisfying. The simulation cures also indicated that high beam quality output laser can be got by off-axis unstable resonator.
