利用偏光干涉法测量了向列相液晶BL-009的吸收系数,得到了入射光波长在500~1600nm变化时的液晶吸收谱线,讨论了该曲线随液晶盒所加电压的变化情况。实验结果表明,向列相液晶BL-009在红外波段吸收效应较强,存在3个比较明显的吸收带,随着液晶盒上所加电压的增大,3个吸收带的位置逐渐向短波长(紫外)方向移动,且移动幅度有所不同,而且这种中心波长的漂移随电压的增大逐渐减弱;每个吸收带吸收系数的峰值随电压有所变化,但变化程度不同。
The absorption coefficient of nematic liquid crystal BL-009 was measured by polarized interference method. The absorption spectra are got from 500 nm to 1 600 nm with different voltage. The results showed the absorption effeet is strong in infrared zone. It has three absorption belts,which moved to the short wavelength (ultraviolet) zone with the increasing voltage. The centric wavelength moving is weakened with the higher voltage. The peak value of each absorption belt changed differently.
