文章基于考虑非期望产出的Super-SBM模型,对2005-2014年长江经济带11个省市的物流效率进行测度,并对其时空演化特征、区域演化差异、效率演化类型进行了刻画。研究表明:不考虑非期望产出的物流产业效率值明显高于考虑非期望产出的效率值;长江经济带物流效率空间格局呈现由前期东部效率高、中西部效率低的特点演变为东部围绕上海、中部围绕安徽、西部围绕四川的三级格局;时间序列演化方面,2005-2014年间物流效率呈现先下降后上升的U型走势;从区域演化差异来看,长江经济带下游区域物流效率明显高于中游地区,三大区域物流效率差距呈现先缩小后扩大的趋势;长江经济带物流效率演化类型分为高、中、低三个梯队,第二梯队是改善长江经济带物流效率的重心和突破口。
This paper, based on the Super-SBM model not considering undesirable outputs, measures the logistics efficiency values of 11 provinces along the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2005 to 2014, and describes their spatial and temporal evolution characteristics, re- gional evolution differences and efficiency evolution types. The study shows that: The logistics efficiency values not considering undesirable outputs are significantly higher than the ones considering undesirable outputs; The spatial pattern of logistics efficiency of the Yangtze Riv- er Economic Belt presents that the characteristics of higher efficiency in the eastern area and lower efficiency in the central and western ar- eas at the early stage evolve into three poles, which are the east around Shanghai municipality, the central around Anhui province and the west around Sichuan province; From the perspective of time series evolution, the logistics efficiency shows a U-shaped trend from 2005 to 2014; From the perspective of regional evolution differences,the logistics efficiency of the lower reaches of the Yangtze River Economic Belt is obviously higher than that of the middle reaches, The three regional logistics efficiency gaps present the trend of dwindling first and en- larging afterward; The evolution of logistics efficiency in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is classified into three types: high, medium and low, the medium type is the center of gravity and breakthrough to improve the logistics efficiency of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
