The structures of every subunit of adenosylcobalamin- dependent glycerol dehydratase (GDHt) have been analyzed by bioinformatic mathods, and their function have been carried out. By study the conformationalchanges of alpha and beta subunit of this enzyme while binding to the substrate, this work also discussed the substrate- binding- effect on every subunit in GDHt.
