The reliability growth model of CNC machine tools was introduced. The Bayes algorithm which is good for small sample experimentation was applied to determine the exact and reliable model parameters. It is proved by an example that the estimated value using this algorithm is much more precise and credible than the results got by the tradition algorithm.
