成肌细胞融合对于机体生长发育肌肉的生成和受伤后肌管的再生至关重要。它是一个十分复杂的过程,有一个精确的调控网络控制这一过程的进行与终止。早期研究认为成肌细胞融合需要细胞外钙离子参与、细胞膜形态改变和细胞支架的构建。随着进一步的研究,了解到各种相关信号通路的相互交流,一系列分子的严密调控都在成肌细胞融合过程中扮演重要的角色。论文主要就近年来发现的成肌细胞融合过程中的一些信号通路及调控该过程的影响因子进行综述,以期为改善牛肉品质奠定理论基础。
Myoblast fusion is an important process for the growth of muscle and the regeneration of myofibers upon injury. It is a very complex event and there is elaborate network to regulate the process from beginning to the end. Initial studies reported that myoblast fusion requires extracellular calcium and changes in cell membrane topography and cytoskeletal organization. Further research acquired, more and deep-seated knowledge about the fusion of myoblast the mutual communication of different related signal pathways, regulation of associated molecular play an enormous role in this process. This paper reviewed several myoblast fusion-associated signing pathways and regulation molecules in the process, and laid a foundation for improving meat quality of beef.
