基于郑州黄河公铁两用桥连续钢桁梁温度场的长期监测数据,利用极值分析方法对结构竖向、纵向、横向温差以及关键构件截面的内部温差进行了计算和分析,得到六塔公铁两用斜拉桥钢桁梁的温差分布特性。研究结果表明:部分结构温差如边桁与中桁构件间温差、边桁下弦杆箱形截面温差超过10℃,甚至高达21.92℃,明显超过最大温差设计值;结构整体竖向温差和部分截面温差最高达7℃。建议在此类桥梁结构设计时充分考虑温度效应。
Based on the long-term monitoring data of temperature field in steel truss girder of Zhengzhou YellowRiver rail-cum-road bridge,the vertical,longitudinal,transverse temperature difference and internal temperature difference in key sections of structure were calculated and analyzed by using extreme value analysis method.Then the temperature difference distribution in rail-cum-road cable-stayed bridge with six towers was concluded.The results showthat part of the structural temperature differences like the one between side girder and middle girder and box section temperature difference in side girder bottom chord are more than 10 ℃ and even up to 21.92 ℃,which are obvious higher than the design value.Structural vertical temperature difference and some member-sectional temperature differences are up to 7 ℃.It is suggested that the temperature effect should be fully considered in the design of this kind of bridge structure.
