目的:研究芍药花的化学成分。方法:综合采用多种色谱技术分离纯化芍药花中的化学成分并采用现代波谱法鉴定其结构。结果:共分离纯化出11个化合物,分别鉴定为:没食子酸(1)、没食子酸甲酯(2)、没食子酸乙酯(3)、1,2,3,6-没食子酸酰-β-D-葡萄糖(4)、1,2,3,4,6-没食子酸酰-β-D-葡萄糖(5)、异槲皮素-3-O-β-D-(6″-没食子酸酰)葡萄糖(6)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-(6″-没食子酸酰)葡萄糖(7)、1-O-没食子酰基-β-D-葡萄糖(8)、山柰酚-3,7-O-β-D-二葡萄糖苷(9)、芍药苷(10)、芍药内酯苷(11)。结论:其中,化合物1~8、10、11均为首次从芍药花中分离得到,化合物6、7为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Paeonia lactiflora flowers.Methods:The chemical constituents were i- solated and purified by various chromatography methods,and the structures were identified by physicochemical and modern spectroscop- ic.Results:11 compounds were identified as gallic acid( 1),methyl gallate( 2),ethyl gallate( 3),1,2,3,6-tetragalloyl-β-D-glucopyrano- side( 4),1,2,3,4,6-pentagalloyl-β-D-glucopyranoside( 5),quercetin-3-O-glucoside-6″-gallate( 6),kaempferol-3-O-glucoside-6″-gallate( 7),1-O-galloyl-β-D-glucose( 8),kaempferol-3,7-di-O-β-D-glucoside( 9),paeoniflorin( 10) and albiflorin( 11).Conclusions:Com- pounds 1~8,10 and 11 are obtained from the flowers of Paeonia lactiflora for the first time,compounds 6 and 7 are obtained from Paeo- nia genus for the first time.
