目的:建立小型猪经脉不通病理模型的宏观定量观察法,为中医理论的实验研究提供新途径。方法:使用凝胶注射法堵塞小型猪的胃经和肾经低流阻通道,制造经脉不通病理模型,测量造模前后小型猪24 h的饮水量、粪便湿重、干重和尿量,测量造模前后第52天的体质量和体尺以及造模后第52天的牙齿尺寸与个数,测量各脏器的最大面积和质量。在上述数据基础上,计算粪便含水量、脏器系数、脏器面积系数和肠长度系数。结果:获得上述指标的定量数据,初步建立了小型猪的宏观定量观察法。结论:使用该方法观察小型猪经脉不通病理模型具有可行性。

英文摘要:

Objective: Establish a macroseopical and quantitative observation method of pathological changes in minipigs after blocking channels to provide a new method for experimental research on basic theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods: A pathological model of blocked meridian was made by gel injection in the low hydraulic resistance channels along stomach meridian and kidney meridian. The amount of water intake, wet weight and dry weight of feces and urinary volume were measured every day during the whole experiment. Body weight and size of the body were measured on the day before channel blocked and on the 52th day after channel blocked. The size and number of teeth and the surface area and weight of organs were measured on the 52th day. Based on the above data, the water content of feces, organ index, organ area index and intestine length index were calculated. Result: The quantative data above are obtained and a macroscopical and quantitative observation method of pathological changes in minipigs after blocking channels is established. Conclusion: This macroscopical and quantitative method of observing the pathological changes in minipigs after blocking channels is feasible.
