基于速度差法超声波流量计的测量原理,分析了硬件延时对测量精度造成的误差。提出可采用二次回波法和声速法来提高测量精度,利用数学模型分析2种方法的可行性,最后通过实验验证这2种方法,实验结果表明二次回波法和声速法对提高了超声波流量计测量精度的可行性和有效性。
Based on the measurement principle of ultrasonic flowmeter in differential velocity method,the error of the measurement accuracy caused by the hardware delay was analyzed.It is presented the second echo method and the sound method can improve the measurement accuracy.It applied mathematical model to analyze the feasibility of the two methods.Finally the two methods were verified through the experiment,and the experimental results show that the feasibility and effectiveness of the secondary echo method and the sound velocity method to improve the measurement accuracy of the ultrasonic flowmeter.
