中文摘要:

目的初步探讨TNF-α有无诱导包虫凋亡作用。方法将TNF-α加入无菌生理盐水中体外培养骆驼源细粒棘球绦虫原头节。用TUNEL染色、HE染色及电镜观察其有无诱导凋亡作用。结果各用药组原头节TUNEL染色阳性率与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),且具有剂量和时间依赖性。电镜下观察到原头节内部有细胞凋亡现象。结论初步观察到TNF-α在体外对骆驼源细粒棘球绦虫原头节有凋亡诱导作用,且存在剂量和时间依赖性。

英文摘要:

Objective To primarily study whether or not Echinococcus granulosus protoscolices of camal origin can be induced apoptosis by TNF -α in vitro. Methods Protoscolices of Echinococcus granulosus from camel were incubated with TNF -α in normal saline. TUNEL, HE stain and TEM were taken to detect the apoptosis. Results Compared with the control groups, there was difference in TUNEL assay with statistic significance in TNF groups ( P 〈 0.05 ) and there was dosage and time dependences. Apoptosis could also be observed under TEM. Conclusions Apoptosis was primarily observed on protoscolices of Echinococcus granulosus from camel which was induced by TNF -α with dosage and time dependences.
