目的检测外周血Th17细胞和调节性T细胞(Treg细胞)在先兆流产发病机制中的作用。方法入组健康早孕妇女24例和先兆流产孕妇37例,采用三色荧光流式细胞分析技术检测2组孕妇外周血中Th17细胞和Treg细胞占CD4+T细胞的比例,使用SPSS16.0分析相关数据。结果先兆流产孕妇与健康早孕妇女既往均无自然流产史,外周血中,先兆流产孕妇Th17细胞占CD4+T细胞的比例显著高于健康早孕妇女(P〈0.05),而Treg细胞占CD4+T细胞的比例显著低于健康早孕妇女(P〈0.05),且Th17/Treg细胞比例在先兆流产孕妇中明显升高(P〈0.05)。结论外周血Th17和Treg细胞水平异常及两者比例失衡可能参与先兆流产的发生。
This study designed to investigate the changes of Th17 and Treg cell levels in peripheral blood of threatened abortion women, and explore the role of ThlT/Treg imbalance in threatened abortion. Flow cytometry was used to detect the frequency of Th17 and Treg cells in 37 cases of threatened abortion women and 24 healthy pregnant women (control group) with no history of abortion. SPSS 16.0 analysis showed the proportion of Th17 cells in CD4+T cells and the ratio of Th17/Treg of threatened abortion women were higher than that of control group (P〈 0.05), while the frequency of Treg cells in CD4+T cells was lower in threatened abortion women (P〈 0.05). The result suggested that the abnormality of Th17 and Treg cell frequency and ratio of Th17/Treg may down-regulate the maternal-fetal immune tolerance and mediate the development of threatened abortion.
