组织往往以“规范”为由,试图抑制异议的存在,却忽略了组织异议这一沟通形式是组织决策制定的重要信息来源,可以帮助组织在多变的环境下快速应对冲击。本文从组织异议的内涵、测量、形成因素、表达形式以及影响结果等方面对现有文献进行了综述,构建了组织异议相关研究的整合模型,并在分析现有研究不足的基础上,对未来的研究重点进行了展望,以期为国内的相关研究提供参考。
In the past, organizations have always attempted to suppress the existence of dissent because of following the "norm",but have neglected that dissent as a kind of organi- zational communication is the important information source in organizational decision-making and can help organizations to rapidly cope with challenges under the changing environ- ment. This paper reviews current literature of organizational dissent through such aspects as connotation,measurement,forming factors,manifestations and consequences, and constructs an integrated model of organizational dissent research. And then based on the analysis of existing limitations, it points out future research emphases to provide relevant reference for do- mestic research.
