对增压型熔融碳酸盐燃料电池/微型燃气轮机混合动力系统(molten carbonate fuel cell/micro.gas turbine,MCFC/MGT)在启动停机过程中的运行特性进行分析。为使混合动力系统顺利启动和停机,对启动和停机过程中引起部件破坏的因素进行分析,并提出相应的保护措施。对应用了保护措施后的混合动力系统的启动停机特性进行计算。结果表明,应用所提出的系统启动和停机策略,系统可以有较好的运行特性,同时也发现由于燃料电池自身的特性,这种混合动力系统不适合频繁的启动停机。
This paper analyzed the performance of a power generation system composed of a pressurized molten carbonate fuel cell (MCFC) and a micro-gas turbine (MGT) working on startup and shutdown. The component damage factors were mentioned and analyzed for the startup and shutdown process, and the related protection methods were mentioned. The calculations were completed for the hybrid system with protection methods. The results show that the hybrid system can have a better operation performance with the mentioned startup and shutdown methods, and the system is not suitable for such a frequent startup and shutdown due to the own characteristics of fuel cell.
