为了研究整体煤气化湿空气透平循环(Integrated Gasification Humid-Air Turbine Cycle,IGHAT)的性能、系统参数对系统效率和透平入口温度的影响,运用AspenPlus软件建立了IGHAT的模型,计算出IGHAT系统的发电效率。利用Aspen Plus自带的系统性能分析工具,深入地分析了气煤比、加湿量、压气机空气流量的变化对系统效率和透平入口温度的影响。结果显示,随着气煤比的增大,系统效率和透平入口温度存在一个最大值,在透平入口温度不变的情况下,系统效率则一直增大。在一定范围内,增大压气机空气流量或者加湿量,系统效率及透平入口温度均减小。研究结果有助于优化、选择IGHAT系统的热力参数,并深入了解IGHAT的本质。
Integrated Gasification Humid-Air Turbine Cycle(IGHAT)is a novel coal-fired power generation technology which integrates HAT system and air-blown gasifier.IGHAT simulation model was established using Aspen Plus software in order to study the cycle performance and effects of parameters including air-coal ratio,humidificationor air flow through the compressor on cycle efficiency and turbine inlet temperature.Simulation results show maximum cycle efficiency and turbine inlet temperature can be obtained as the air-coal ratio increases.Where turbine inlet temperature is determined,cycle efficiency will increase correspondingly.In a certain range,the higher humidification or air flow through the compressor,the lower the efficiency and turbine inlet temperature.Simulation results in this paper are useful to select working parameters of IGHAT system and understand the essence of IGHAT system.
