With the magic development of information technology, wireless sensor networks ,are becoming a new research field. It is a novel technology about acquiring and processing information. And with the maturity of the wireless sensor networks, pervasive computing is also becoming a reality, which means that to provide people with any interested information whenever and wherever. With the application of these technologies, it will bring people a lot unprecedented convenienee. With these researches and applications background, this thesis separately describes the origin, development and features of wireless sensor networks, the emergence, idea and implementation of the pervasive computing.
