With the increasing in immunocompromised patients,organ transplanting and the environment deteriorating,the incidence of fungal disease has been increasing year by year,and the fungal drug resistance has become more and more serious.The studies of new antifungal drugs and new treatment approach have become a hot topic.For the treatment of fungal disease,chemotherapy is the primary clinical means,and photodynamic therapy is a new approach.In this paper,we will review the current status of the studies on antifungal chemotherapy and photodynamic therapy drug,and discuss their development prospects.
