杭州某桥梁试桩工程采用两种成桩设备进行施工,套管采用拔除和不拔除两种处理方式。为研究试桩工程对邻近地铁隧道变形的影响,文章对试桩施工过程中地铁隧道道床位移、结构竖向、水平位移以及收敛变形进行了监测。监测结果表明:桥桩施工会使邻近隧道产生一定变形,但其变形值远小于后期桩基沉降所引起的变形值;套管拔除过程引起隧道变形波动较大,可通过放缓施工速度,优化施工方案等方式减小影响;桥桩离地铁越近,对地铁隧道的影响越大,产生的沉降漏斗的半径越大。
In order to study the impact of test piles on an adjacent metro tunnel, the displacement of the tunnel bal- last bed, the vertical and horizontal displacement as well as the convergence of the tunnel structure were monitored during the construction of the bridge test piles. Two kinds of piling equipment were adopted for test piles of a bridge project in Hangzhou, with casing pipes to be pulled out or not. The results show that bridge pile construction may cause tunnel deformation that is far less than that caused by later settlement of the piles; tunnel deformation fluctu- ates a lot in the course of pulling out the casing pipe, an impact that can be mitigated by slowing down the speed of construction and optimizing the construction scheme; the closer the bridge pile and subway tunnel are, the greater the impact on the subway tunnel is and the larger the radius of the settlement funnel is.
