目的检测消毒环境分离的金黄色葡萄球菌对季铵盐类化合物的抗药性和相关抗性基因,为有效控制细菌抗药性的发展提供科学依据。方法收集医院公共消毒环境中分离的金黄色葡萄球菌共26株,采用最小抑菌浓度(MIC)方法对其抗药性进行检测,PCR扩增金黄色葡萄球菌中耐季铵盐消毒剂的qacA/B,smr,qacG,qacH和qacE△1基因。结果26株葡萄球菌中,其中15株MIC值大于标准菌株,均在45wg/ml以上。其中9株携带qacA/B,1株携带smr,qacG、qacH和qacE△1均未检出。结论医院消毒环境中金黄色葡萄球菌对季铵盐的抗药率高,应加强耐药监测,合理使用消毒剂。
Objective To investigate the quaternary ammonium compounds resistance and the resistant genes among Staphylococcus spp isolated from disinfectant environment. Methods Twenty-six Staphylococcus spp were collected from hospital disinfectant environment. The genes of qacA/B, star, qacG, qacH and qacE△1 contained by all the isolates were amplified by PCR. Results Fifteen of the 26 isolates were found to be 〉50 g/ml by MIC. Nine isolates contained the qacA/B, and 1 isolate contained the smr gene. No qocG, qacH and qacE△1 was detected. Conclusion The disinfect resistance of Staphylococcu spp isolated from hospital disinfectant environment is markedly high. Resistance monitoring should be strengthened, and the rational use of disinfect should be emphasized.
