With the development of the Interact and infonnation technology, the way of personnel dossier management in the college was improved, which was of great importance to the construction of college＇s improvement in our country. This article chose the age of big data as the research background, researched for the changing process of college＇s personnel dossier management. Combined with the age of big data＇s feature and summarized the current situation of college＇s personnel dossier management, this article put forward some problem-focused improvement measure which had the big data＇s feature, to improve the college＇s personnel dossier manage- ment＇s level.
