互联网信息技术的发展改进了我国高校传统人事档案管理方法,对于我国高校发展建设来说,具有重要意义。本文以大数据时代为研究背景,对我国高校人事档案管理工作的改革进程进行研究。本文结合大数据时代特征,总结了高校人事档案管理工作发展现状,并针对问题提出了具有大数据特色的改进措施,以此来提升我国高校人事档案管理水平。
With the development of the Interact and infonnation technology, the way of personnel dossier management in the college was improved, which was of great importance to the construction of college's improvement in our country. This article chose the age of big data as the research background, researched for the changing process of college's personnel dossier management. Combined with the age of big data's feature and summarized the current situation of college's personnel dossier management, this article put forward some problem-focused improvement measure which had the big data's feature, to improve the college's personnel dossier manage- ment's level.
