As a medical difficult problem, the study of relevant mechanism of nerve regeneration is deepening and has reached the cellular and molecular level at present.This paper reviews some relevant signaling pathways of nerve regeneration in recent years, in order to deeply cognize the response mechanism of nerve cell injury, to provide positive theoretical guidance for the treatment of different nerve injury, and to provide more ideas for the development of new treatments.
