本文针对目前土木工程中最新出现的混杂纤维树脂基复合材料梁,以3组不同碳纤维含量的混杂纤维拉挤型材薄壁梁构件作为研究对象,通过模型试验、有限元数值分析和理论分析进行对比。研究表明,与相同截面玻璃钢相比,上下翼缘采用碳纤维增强的混杂纤维拉挤型材抗弯刚度有明显提高,但是抗剪切变形能力提高有限。在进行混杂纤维树脂基复合材料梁的挠度计算时须采用考虑横向剪切变形对挠度影响的铁木辛柯梁理论。
In the civil engineering, there occurs a new type of hybrid reinforced plastics (HFRP) beams. This article studies pultruded HFRP thin-walled beams with different carbon content through experiment, analytical and FEA approach. Compared with glass fiber reinforced plastics (GFRP) beams of the same section, the bending rigidity of HFRP beam, which is reinforced in the flanges with the carbon fiber, increases obviously, but the ability to resist the transverse shearing distortion doesn't increase. So the influence of transverse shearing distortion must be considered during the deflection computing of HFRP beams.
