基于正交试验设计制备具有不同水胶比、矿物掺合料组合、机制砂掺量和粗骨料含量的混凝土,测试28、56d龄期混凝土的6h电通量,据此分析各影响因素及因素间的耦合作用对混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能的影响,并建立了混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能的多因素耦合预测模型。试验结果表明,总掺量相同的情况下,提高矿粉掺量、降低粉煤灰掺量可以改善混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能。回归分析表明,与不考虑各因素间的耦合作用的多因素模型相比,提出的混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能的多因素耦合模型具有更优的准确性和普适性。
A coupling multi-factors model for predicting the chloride resistance of concrete were developed.The concrete specimens with different water-binder ratios, mineral admixtures, dosages of manufactured sand and contents of coarse aggregates were prepared by orthogonal test design, whose 6h electric fluxes were tested after curing 28d and 56d.According to the influence of different factors on the electric flux of concrete, some multi-factors model for predicting the chloride resistance of concrete were proposed.The results show that the chloride resistance of concrete could be improved by increasing the replacement of fly ash and decreasing the replacement of slag, and the coupling multi-factors model proposed is better than the multi-factors model without coupling terms in predicting the chloride resis- tance of concrete.
