为分析多因素对混凝土抗氯离子性能的影响,基于正交试验设计和ASTMC1202试验方法对掺粉煤灰和矿渣的混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能进行试验和分析,研究了不同水平下水胶比、粉煤灰掺量、矿渣掺量、砂率等试验因素对混凝土电通量的影响,并基于各试验因素与混凝土电通量的相关关系,研究建立了混凝土电通量非线性预测模型。研究结果表明,水胶比、粉煤灰掺量、矿渣掺量对混凝土电通量的影响较大,基于水胶比、粉煤灰掺量、矿渣掺量的混凝土电通量非线性预测模型的计算结果与试验值吻合较好,可以用于实际工程混凝土电通量的预测。
The orthogonal and ASTM C1202 test methods were applied to the experiment of the anti- chloride ion permeability of concrete with fly ash and slag to analyze the effects of the design parame- ters of mix proportion on the anti-chloride ion permeability of concrete. The influence of different ex- perimental factors on the electric flux of concrete was studied, and the effect of different level of the factors on electric flux was analyzed. The nonlinear prediction model for the electric flux in relation with the research factors is given in this paper. The results indicate that the water/binder ratio, re- placement of fly ash, replacement of slag have great influence on the electric flux of concrete and the nonlinear calculation and predication model show good agreement with the experimental results.
