C-反应蛋白(CRP)是一种急性期蛋白质,由肝脏和脂肪细胞合成。C-反应蛋白可作为冠心病、心血管疾病和其它疾病的标志物,因此,CRP的检测对临床诊断具有重要意义。免疫传感器已经广泛应用于临床诊断、环境检测、制药工程、食品分析等领域中。该文分别对电化学免疫传感器、表面等离子共振(SPR)型免疫传感器、石英晶体微天平(QCM)型免疫传感器在CRP检测中的运用的研究进展进行简要综述。
C- reactive protein (CRP) is an acute phase protein, which is synthesized in liver and fat cells.C- protein can be used as a marker of coronary heart disease, cardiovascular disease and other diseases.Therefore, the detection of CRP is of great significance to the clinical diagnosis. The immunosensor has been widely used in clinical diagnosis, environmental monitoring, pharmaceutical engineering, food analysis. In this review, the research progress of electrochemical , surface plasmon resonance (QCM) for the detection of CRP were summarized.
