从小远志中分离出了9种化合物:①1,3-二羟基-5,6,7-三甲氧基口山酮,②1,7-二羟基-2,3-二甲氧基口山酮,③1,3,6,8-四羟基-2,7-二甲氧基口山酮,④1,6,7-三羟基-2,3-二甲氧基口山酮,⑤5-羟基-7,4’-二甲氧基黄酮-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷,⑥5,3’-二羟基-7,4’-二甲氧基黄酮-3-O-[a-L-鼠李糖苷(1-6)]-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷,⑦5,3’-二羟基-7,4’-二甲氧基黄酮-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷,⑧水杨酸和⑨远志醇,其中化合物①为新化合物。所有化合物的结构经其化学性质和光谱数据证实。
From Polygala sibirica L. var. megalopha Fr. , 9 compounds including a new one (1) were isolated and identified as: ①1, 3-dihydroxy-5, 6, 7-trimethoxyxanthone, ②1, 7-dihydroxy-2, 3-dimethoxyxanthone, ③1, 3, 6, 8-tetrahydroxy-2, 7-dimethoxyxanthone, ④ 1, 6, 7-trihydroxy-2, 3-dimethoxyxanthone, ⑤ 5-hydroxy-7, 4'-dimethoxy-flavone-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, ⑥ 5, 3'-dihydroxy-7, 4'-dimethoxyflavone-3-O-[a-L-rhamnosy (→6)] -β-D-gluco-pyranoside, ⑦ 5, 3'-dihy-droxy-7, 4'-dimethoxyflavone-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, ⑧ salicylic acid, ⑨ and polygalitol. Their structures were determined by analysis of their spectroscopic data and chemical properties.
