自适应重合闸是保证电力系统安全稳定运行的重要措施之一.分析对比了线路发生永久性及瞬时性单相接地故障时故障点潜供电流的不同,研究了利用线路一侧健全相电压和两侧健全相电流及故障测距结果来计算故障点潜供电流的方法.提出了根据潜供电流有无来识别永久性故障和瞬时性故障的新型自适应重合闸判据,解决了某些输电线路因电压互感器安装于母线侧而在单相故障后无法获得跳开相端电压,以致不能实现自适应重合闸的问题.该方法运算简单,准确可靠,判据不受线路参数误差和测距误差及过渡电阻的影响.
An adaptive single-pole autoreclosure is an important device that ensures safe and stable operation of the power system.The differences of secondary arc current at fault point between the case of single-phase permanent fault and the case of single-phase transient fault have been analyzed and a method for secondary arc current calculation at fault point has been put forward on the basis of sound phase voltages on one side of the transmission line,sound phase currents on two sides and fault locations results.A novel identification method of adaptive autoreclosure for permanent and transient faults has been proposed based on the existence of secondary arc currect,which can be applied to the case where adaptive single pole autoreclosure cannot be achieved resulting from unavailability of terminal voltage in isolated phase in the case of single phase faults due to the installation of voltage transformers in the transmission lines.Simulation results show that the method proposed is simple,reliable and not affected by errors in line parameters and fault location or transition resistance existing at fault point.
