碳化钨硬质合金涂层材料由于其高硬度、高耐磨性等特性在航空航天和国防等领域具有重要的应用,电解磨削加工是实现其高效低损伤加工的重要方法,而电解磨削液是影响电解磨削加工表面完整性和效率的重要因素。针对碳化钨硬质合金涂层材料的电解磨削加工,研究了阳极极化曲线对于电解磨削液选择的影响规律,通过分析动电位、恒电位阳极极化曲线,选择适合于加工该材料的电解磨削液配方,并使用所选电解磨削液通过实际加工验证效果。
Because of high hardness, high wear resistance and other properties, tungsten carbide coating material is of important value in the field of aerospace and defense. As a high efficiency and low damage method, electrolytic grinding is widely used in processing tungsten carbide and in electrolytic grinding the surface integrity, and efficiency are greatly influenced by the electro- lyte. Focused on the electrolytic grinding of tungsten carbide coating materials, the influence of anodic polarization curve on the chosen of electrolyte is studied. By analyzing the potentiodynamic and potentiostatic anodic polarization curve, chose a suitable electrolyte formula, the effect of which is verified by actual processing.
