用高性能飞利浦PW2424型X射线荧光光谱仪,测定中、低合金钢类钢筋建材中的Si、Mn、P、S、Ni、Cr、Cu、Ti、V、Nb、Mo等11个化学元素的含量。创建标准工作曲线,给出各元素的干扰校正系数和基体效应校正系数。方法准确、灵敏,稳定性好,速度快。
A high capability Philips PW2424 wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry was used to test the elements' concentrations in midst-and-low alloy steel architecture materials such as Si, Mn, P, S, Ni, Cr, Cu, Ti, V, Nb and Mo. Calibration curves were promoted and the correction factor of interference elements and for matrix effects of elements were calculated. From the quantitative results the method of direct multi-element WDXRF determination in midst-and-low alloy steel was improved rapid, simple and provides sufficient accuracy and precision for this kind of analysis.
