利用因子分析和相关分析法实证发现:普通教育及其不同层次与城镇化质量的协调度变化存在差异,协调度一般的省域绝大部分是中西部地区,协调度较差和差的省域均是中西部地区,主要是西部地区;与2005年相比,2013年协调度上升的是普通教育和普通中等教育,但两者滞后于城镇化质量的省域个数均增加,协调度整体变化不大的是普通高等教育,协调度下降的是普通初等教育,两者滞后于城镇化质量的省域个数均减少;整体而言,与城镇化质量提升速度相比,2013年只有普通中等教育发展速度相对落后;相对2005年,2013年普通教育、普通初等教育对城镇化质量的促进作用略微下降,普通高等、中等教育的促进作用则略有增加。
The paper uses factor analysis and correlation analysis for empirical study, finding that : 1 ) there are differences in coordina- ted degree variation between the general education and its different levels and quality of urbanization; 2 ) the provinces of general coordi- nation degree exist mostly in the central and western regions and the provinces of poorer and poor coordination degree are basically in the central and western regions, mainly in the western regions ; 3 ) compared with 2005, the number of provinces of the general education and secondary education increased in 2013, lagging behind the provinces of urbanization quality; 4) the coordination of general higher education does not change greatly, but that of the elementary education drops, both lagging behind the provinces of the urbanization quality as a whole; 5 ) in a whole, compared with the improvement speed, only common secondary education development is lagged be- hind in 2013 ; 6) compared with 2005, the enhancing effect of general education and general elementary education on urbanization quali- ty slightly decreased in 2013 while the enhancing effect of higher and secondary education on urbanization quality increased.
