The relational schema between human resource practices and organizational performance is a classic top ic and research focus in the field of strategic human resource management(SHRM).This article reviews and summa rizes the research about evolution of the concept of human resource practices,the mechanism of human resource practices on organizational performance and industry characteristics which have effect on the relationship between for mer two.Furthermore,based-on organizational behavior theory,a Multi-theoretical analysis framework about the mechanism of how human resource practices effects organizational performance is proposed.The results have funda mental contributions on prompting the theoretical and practical development in the SHRM field.
