为获得椭圆齿轮-曲柄滑块机构特定的运动输出特性,建立了该机构的运动学数学模型,编写了辅助分析软件,分析了偏心率、滑块偏置量、椭圆齿轮长轴偏角等重要参数对该机构运动特性的影响。研究结果表明,该机构能实现工作行程匀速(或近匀速)运动,回程快速返回的要求。
In order to get the specified motion output of elliptic-gear and slider-crank mechanism, kinematics mathematical models of the mechanism are established, and an aided analytic software is compiled. The effects of eccentricity, offset of slider-crank mechanism, angle between major axis of elliptic-gear and the line connecting the rotating centers of the two elliptic gears on the kinematics characteristics of the mechanism are analyzed. Results show that the mechanism can meet requirements of uniform speed in working stroke(or approximate uniform speed) and quick return performances.
