为快速发掘制造企业生产过程中的瓶颈单元,提出了一种将Petri网和面向对象方法相结合的生产流程实体建模方法。该方法将生产流程中各个加工站点或生产单元进行高度抽象,抽象出一个个生产站点库所子模块,结合企业生产流程实际情况,将抽象库所进行排列组合,从而组建企业生产系统的生产流程实体建模模型,然后建立生产流程实体建模目标函数模型,采用模拟退火算法计算出产能最小单元,并结合Flexsim仿真软件对生产流程实体建模模型进行了三维动画运行仿真,从而发现了生产流程中的瓶颈单元,并提出了改善措施,提高了企业的产能和效益,从而验证了生产流程实体建模方法的实用性。
To detect the production bottleneck in manufacturing process easily and rapidly, a new modeling method, Production Process Object Modeling (PPOM) was proposed by combining Petri nets and object oriented technology. With the proposed method, the manufacturing modules or production cells were highly abstracted as several production sub-places models. In these models, the internal processing statuses were assumed herein. Then, according to the actual production process flow, the sub-places were combined and permuted to construct a PPOM model of production system. Meanwhile, the PPOM objective function model was set up to calculate the manufacturing modules' capacities and find the minimum capacity cell with simulated annealing algorithm. On the other hand, a 3D cartoon simulation model was established to simulate the PPOM model with Flexsim software. After analyzing the manufac-turing modules' capacities and running the simulation model, the production bottleneck was detected immediately. Furthermore, some measures were taken to improve capacity, raise efficiency and increase benefits. Thus the practi-cability of the PPOM method was validated.
