由于知识工作过程的非程序化及结果不确定性等原因,其效率的评价一直是知识工作研究的难点。在分析知识工作效率的内涵及特点的基础上,建立了知识工作投入产出关系模型,此模型的核心在于投入产出都分别考虑了人的固素,投入的是与任务相匹配的人力资源,产出的是提升的人力资本。研究提出了知识工作效率评价的指标体系,体系共投入产出两个维度,分别考虑投入的设备资源、信息资源、人力资源以及产出的人力资本提升和完成任务效果等指标。
As the process and result of knowledge work is uncertain, it's always difficult to evaluate the efficiency of it. In this paper, the connotation and characteristics of knowledge work efficiency were discussed and analyzed and the knowledge work input-output model was built. The core of the model is human resource. It's considered in the input and output. And then the index system was put forward. The system has two dimensionalities, the input and output. The indexes of input include equipment, information, and human. The output includes enhancement of human capital and task completion effect.
