目前我国虽然对物流园区的规模定位有一定研究,但一定规模的物流园区所能处理的最大物流量,即物流园区处理能力的研究很少。物流园区的处理能力对物流设施的充分利用和对周边交通环境的影响都有重大意义。文章将社会物流园区按功能分成四大类型,根据各功能设施用地合理比例和各功能设施处理单位货物所需要的平均面积,确定各类物流园区不同规模单位时间所处理的物流量。并且对其中参数给出参考值,根据我国物流园区的案例数据分析各类物流园区中各主要功能设施用地的合理比例;应用国内外已有的研究成果及我国物流园区案例数据,统计分析各物流功能设施处理单位货物所需要的平均面积。并且用上海西北物流园区的案例计算验证计算的方便性和准确性。
Logistics park is significant to improve the level of the organization and the degree of intensification of the logis- tics. Now there is some research about the location aud scale of logistics parks, but there is rarely research about the logis- tics volume handled by a certain so, ale of the logistics park- logistics park processing capacity. The logistics park process- ing capacity is meaningful to making full use of logistics fa- cilities and influence on surrounding traffic environment. This paper divides logistics parks into fnur types on the basis of its function, and predicts logistics volume handled by a cer- tain scale of the logistics park in unit time, according to area of funtion facilities and average area needed by each function facilities in processing unit goods. Finally use the case of Shanghai Northwest Logistics Park to demonstrate the conve- nience and accuracy.
