英文摘要：

The continuous overspreading of the Financial Tsunami, which originated in the U.S.A and affected the whole world, symbolizes that the 1945 Bretton Woods system is facing another series of giant dilemmas. Meanwhile, opportunities and challenges have emerged in the reconstruction of world order during such a regulating period after the Cold War. The Financial Tsunami is going to make differences in the balance of major international powers, thus will help the reconstruction of world order. However, while the U.S.A is too busy dealing with its own affairs, the E.U. is preparing to take actions. These phenomena make us think about how the world order will be reconstructed and what kind of roles and position China should take in the process of world order reconstruction. Based on the analyses of the Financial Tsunami, this paper discusses the possible trend of world order reconstruction and some questions to be considered in this process.
