提出一种结构新颖的交流混合磁轴承。永磁体产生偏磁磁通,电磁铁线圈产生控制磁通,通过等效磁路法得出磁通的数学模型,进而推导出了轴承径向悬浮力的表达式;最后,在Ansoft的MAXWELL 3D中建立了交流磁轴承实体模型,对磁轴承的磁感应强度分布情况及力与电流、位移的关系进行分析。
A new type of AC hybrid magnetic bearing is introduced in this paper. The permanent magnet is used to produce a constant biasd flux whereas coils generate the control flux. The mathematics model of flux is calculated by using equivalent magnetic circuits, and then the mathematics model of radial magnetic suspension forces is deduced. Lastly, the model of AC hybrid magnetic bearing is built in Maxwell 3D of Ansoft software, and magnetic flux density distribution and the relationship of force-current and force-displacement are analyzed.
