团队知识共享对于提升组织绩效具有重要作用。领导作为团队的管理者,领导风格对团队知识共享具有重要的作用。基于社会交换理论,通过对江苏、浙江两省271组样本的实证研究发现:团队一致性变革型领导与团队知识共享之间存在倒U型关系;个体差异性变革型领导负向影响团队知识共享;团队成员的心理安全增强了团队一致性变革型领导与团队知识共享之间的倒U型关系;团队成员的心理安全减弱了个体差异性变革型领导与知识共享之间的负向关系。最后讨论了公共部门提升团队知识共享水平的路径。
knowledge sharing plays an important role in the development of organizational capability. From the perspective of the leader - member exchange theory, this study aims to analyze the effects of the differentiated transformational leadership of the public sector on team knowledge sharing and the effects of contextual variable psychological safety on the relationship between differentiated transformational leadership and team knowledge sharing. Based on the multiple regression analysis for 271 team samples of 97 public sectors, empirical results show that: (1) the relationship between team unanimously transformational leadership and team knowledge sharing will be inverted U - shaped ; (2) individual differentiated transformational leadership has a negative impact on team knowledge sharing; (3) psychological safety enhanced the inverted U -shaped relationship between team unanimously transformational leadership and team knowledge sharing; (4) psychological safety weakens the negative effect of individual differentiated transformational leadership on team knowledge sharing. Finally, it discusses routines how public sectors improve team knowledge sharing.
