规模化饲养方式是提高畜牧产品产量,提升质量,改善农户生产经济效率的重要途径。本文根据内蒙古巴彦淖尔市肉羊养殖户调查数据,采用随机前沿函数模型分析养殖户肉羊生产的技术效率与配置效率及其影响因素。结果表明：样本户生产的平均技术效率与平均配置效率分别为0.919与0.6655;样本户家庭成员中是否有从事畜牧相关工作人员、规模、羊场所处位置、饲养方式、接受过培训状况以及饲养品种是否单一对经济效率具有显著的正向影响。发展专业化适度规模养殖、加大对培训力度、规范合作社发展、强化屠宰加工企业监管是未来提升生产经济效率重要途径。

英文摘要：

Large-scale rearing is an important way to improve the output and quality of livestock prod- ucts and farmers＇ economic efficiency. Based on the survey data from sheep breeders in Bayannaoer, Inner Mongolia, the technical efficiency, the allocation efficiency and the influencing factors were analyzed by using the stochastic frontier function model.The results showed that the average technical efficiency and the average allocation efficiency of sample farmers are 0.919 and 0.6655, respectively.The following factors have a signif- icant positive impact on the economic efficiency ： number of livestock workers in the household, size, location, feeding model, training experience, and being a single pair or not.In order to enhance the economic efficiency of production, it is necessary to develop specialization farming with an appropriate scale, increase training, standardize the development of cooperatives and strengthen supervision over slaughter and processing enter- prises.
