[目的]合成负载儿茶酚基脱氢枞胺多酚衍生物。[方法]以脱氢枞胺为起始原料,经硝化、还原、缩合和氧化反应,合成出脱氢枞胺键合多个儿茶酚基衍生物。[结果]合成出一种新化合物—12N,18N-双(3,4-二羟基苯次甲基)-14-硝基脱氢枞胺的二聚体2e。[结论]合成负载儿茶酚基脱氢枞胺多酚衍生物的结构经^1 H NMR,^(13) C NMR,IR、MS和元素分析进行表征,并得到确认。
[Objective]To synthesize polyphenols derivatives loading catechin from dehydroabietane. [Methods] Through nitration, reduction, condensation and oxidation reaction, derivatives bonding multiple catechins was synthesized from dehydroabietane as the starting material. [Result]The novel dimers of 12,18-diE(3,4-dihy- droxybenzylidyne) amino3-14-nitro 2e was successfully synthesized. [Conclusion]The structure of 2e was char- acterized by UV-Vis,IH NMR,13C NMR,IR,MS and elemental analysis.
