The injectable calcium phosphate cement has been widely applied in many clinical fields such as bone implant and repair because of good biocompatibility, osteoconduction and biodegradation. Its evaluation index and the effective assessment are summarized, different improvements of the injectability of CPC through changing its injecting system,preparation and composition are evaluated, and the problems which still bewilder many scholars as well as the possible solutions are explored.
