针对常用强度等级的泵送混凝土易产生泌水、离析,均匀性差、塑性收缩大、表面孔洞多等不良现象,以C30混凝土为研究对象,应用正交试验方案L25(5^6),试验研究了灰水比、砂率、单位用水量、取代率、超量率、泵送剂掺量等因素对泵送普通混凝土和易性和强度的作用规律,探讨了作用机理。在正交试验结果的基础上,考虑生产成本,确定最佳组合方案,在进行多次再现性试验后,成功的运用于生产当中,使得混凝土的和易性显著改善,均匀性提高,表面孔洞减少、细化,每m3混凝土节约成本5.00-10.00元。
In order to solve those common problems for commonly used strength grades of pumping concrete in Yinchuan district of Ningxia, such as exudation and segregation, low uniformity,big plastic shrinkage, porous surface and so on.,with C30 concrete as the re- search object, we used orthogonal test scheme I..25(56) to study the regular pattern of pumping normal concrete workability and strength that influenced by cement-water ratio, sand coarse aggregate ratio, unit water dosage, replacement rate, excess rate, pumping agent dosage and some other factors, then further explored the mechanism of action.On the basis of orthogonal test results, we determined the optimal com- bination scheme considering the cost of production and applied in production successfully after conducting many times reproducibility test. Finally achieved the aim that improved concrete workability and uniformity,reduced and refined surface holes ,besides the scheme can also save 5 to 10 yuan cost per cubic meter concrete.
