为了验证混合磁悬浮水轮发电机组转子承重系统设计的可行性和模型的正确性,利用陕西安康水电站水轮发电机组的实际数据以及永磁悬浮装置和电磁悬浮装置数学模型对混合磁悬浮承重系统进行计算分析,并建立了混合磁悬浮承重系统参数计算优化的Excel计算表,利用该表动态地分析了数学模型各参数变化对磁悬浮力计算结果的影响,实现了结构参数的整体优化.该优化计算数据与传统推力轴承支承方式的比较分析结果表明,混合磁悬浮承重系统可大大减小水轮发电机组轴承的摩擦和损耗,提高水轮发电机组的效率,有效地延长水轮发电机组转子承重系统的使用寿命.
In order to verify the design feasibility and model rationality of the mixed magnetic-levitation weight support system of hydroelectric generating set,the relevant calculations and analyses were performed based on the actual data of hydroelectric generating sets of Ankang Hydropower Station and the mathematical models for electromagnetic and permanent magnetic levitation support devices. An optimized Excel table of parameters for the mixed magnetic-levitation weight support system was established. The influences of variation of model parameters on the calculated magnetic levitation forces were dynamically analyzed,and the integral optimization of the structural parameters was realized. A comparison between the optimized data and the traditional thrust bearing support ways indicates that the mixed magnetic-levitation weight support system can greatly reduce the friction and the waste of the bearings of hydroelectric generating sets and improve the efficiency and the service life of the weight support system of hydroelectric generating sets.
