针对位置传感器的引入使得开关磁阻电机(SRM)结构变得复杂、可靠性降低这一问题,以SRM的运行电感曲线为例,提出一种检测曲线非线性度的方法,并对电感曲线的非线性度做了研究,找出了线性度较好的区域,在该区域将电感和转子位置进行拟合,优化拟合结果。最后依据各相间电感逻辑关系将各区域的估计值进行叠加,从而实现对转子位置的估计,尤其针对电感曲线交点偏移的情况提出了一种新的估计转子位置方法,增强了检测方法的实用性。仿真实验结果表明,在电机稳态运行和负载转矩突变时都能实现对转子位置的较精确估计,为SRM无位置传感器控制提供了基础。
As switched reluctance motor(SRM) with position sensor has a complex structure and low rehability.So the paper proposes a method detecting the linearity of the working motor's inductance curve and finds the region where there is the same as the straight line,fittings the inductance and the rotor's position and optimizes the results.The inductance comparison logics are proposed for estimating the position by adding the estimated resuhs.Especially,the paper proposes a new method which used for estimating the rotor's position where the inductance curves' inter SRM section moves, so that the estimating method is very practicable.The simulation and experimental results verify the estimating result is very accurate when the motor works in steady state or the torque varying suddenly.And thus the method lays the foundation for sensorless control of SRM.
