The key to solve the problem of employment is to improve the employment ability of College students. College stu- dents＇ employment ability should not simply depend on universities, enterprises or students, but it should be the collaborative ef- forts of the three parties： colleges, enterprises and students. Through the tripartite demand analysis on college students＇ employ- ment ability, this paper established peer education pattern to enhance their employability and to provide practical guidance in this aspect.
