通过中压全尺寸燃气轮机燃烧室测试平台的合成气燃烧试验,对单喷嘴和多喷嘴燃烧室的动态特性进行了比较分析。在本文的测试工况下,燃烧室没有产生强烈的热声振荡,所有的燃烧过程都很稳定,说明喷嘴的设计是合理的。多喷嘴燃烧室在相似工况下动态压力幅值比单喷嘴燃烧室要小一半以上,功率谱曲线相对平滑,说明多喷嘴燃烧室确实能降低燃烧噪声。单喷嘴和多喷嘴燃烧室在某些工况下都出现了低于10 Hz的极低频压力振荡,且振荡功率相对较大,可能会产生较大的危害,需要进一步研究其产生的机理和抑制方法。本文的研究结果为高氢燃气轮机的设计和改造提供了参考。
Through syngas combustion tests in a full-scale gas turbine combustor medium-pressure test rig.this paper compares the dynamic characteristics of the single-nozzle and multi-nozzle combustors.It is found that the combustion processes are very stable under all experimental conditions in this paper,without intensive thermoacoustic oscillation occurred.These mean that the designations of the combustors are reasonable.At the similar operation conditions,the amplitude of combustion noise in the multi-nozzle combustor is lower than that in single-nozzle combustor,which means that the configuration of multi-nozzle can indeed decrease the combustion noise in the gas turbine combustor.There are pressure oscillations with relative high power and the frequencies less than 10 Hz occurring in some operation conditions both in single-nozzle and multi-nozzle combustors which can perhaps result in detriments to gas turbines and need to be investigated further.
